Heavenly Father, I come to You in the Name of Your Son Jesus Christ. You said in Your Word that whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. (Romans 10:13) Father, I am calling on Jesus right now. I believe He died on the cross for my sins, that He was raised from the dead on the third day, and He’s alive right now. Lord Jesus, I am asking You now, come into my heart. Live Your life in me and through me. I repent of my sins and surrender myself totally and completely to You. Heavenly Father, by faith I now confess Jesus Christ as my new Lord and from this day forward, I dedicate my life to serving Him.
Salvation is the spiritual and eternal deliverance granted by God to those who accept His condition of repentance and faith in the Lord Jesus. Salvation is preservation and deliverance from danger or trouble, wholeness in spirit, soul and body. Salvation is a gift of God. A gift is free, you don’t need to work for it. (Titus 3:5) Saved or saved (Greek: sozo) means deliverance or protection from evil, to heal, to preserve, to be whole (Romans 10:13) through Jesus Christ, the “Savior” of the world.
Salvation comes not by your own works or abilities but by grace through faith (Ephesians 2:8-9). The only means of salvation is by believing on Jesus and the work that He did for you. He said “I am the way, the truth, and the life…” (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). Salvation is through faith. God imparts saving faith to every person who has a repentant heart to access His grace. You and I cannot be saved without faith.
